yes, my 4th toe line fractured, becoz i accidentally hit the staircase 3 weeks ago.
this Thursday , the Doctor had prohibited me to go for Marathon.. too bad... then.. no wall climbing, no walking around... for 4-6 weeks.
one injection was injected on my toes, i was frustrated still i am passion to go for the Sport i intended too.. cause i am ...stubborn.
he is not successful to advise me because i am a stubborn patient..
immediately after 2 days of resting my toes, without sport, yoga, jogging...
kakaka... lol...
i still took part in the Marathon this morning... hahahah
yes most of my buddies and friends were shocked to see me, bt still i keep insist to run for it.
after the Marathon, i told myself.. i am fine and the next Marathon is on .... Night Putrajaya Run...
